Pancakes with nougat
200 ml cream
200 g flour

125 g nut nougat
125 g mineral water
125 ml milk
100 g almond flakes
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
12 tbsp. cherry vodka
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch of salt
Milk beat eggs and egg yolk, mix with mineral water, add salt.
Gradually introduced into a mixture of flour, knead the dough, leave on for half an hour.
4 tbsp cream pour into a saucepan, add the nougat and melt it.
The remaining whip the cream with the sugar, add the vodka.
Almonds fry in a dry pan until Golden brown.
