Kegs zucchini with rice recipe with photo
Recently discovered another summer dish - kegs zucchini with rice, which can be a decoration for the holiday table or for everyday. Most of it I liked the fact that the right products are almost always present in our house.
Ingredients:
- 4 PCs zucchini
- 1/2 Cup rice
- 100 g fresh peas
- 1 PCs sweet peppers
- 30 ml rice vinegar, Mitsukan or 100 grams mayonnaise
- 70 g cheese
- 70 ml sour cream
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
The rice should be rinsed under running water and boil it until soft in a large amount of water. On again to rinse and season with rice vinegar or homemade mayonnaise. Followed by the vinegar in the stuffing, add the peas and chopped sweet peppers. Salt and percita to your liking.
The next step is to make the barrels. I made a mistake and failed to cleanse the skin, still advised to do it for softness and juiciness of the finished dish. So, zucchini cut in half, cut off the "butt" and using a spoon to remove the core so that the bottom left.
Next, fill the barrels stuffed and put in the form.
They are prepared 35-40 minutes. For 10-15 minutes until the cooking pour the tops with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
