Milk soup with scrambled eggs
1,25 l milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
? l water or broth of potatoes and vegetables
30 g bacon
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
green onions
salt
Add the eggs 2 tbsp. water, whip, fry the bacon until basecourse consistency.
Milk salt, to boil, mix with the broth from the vegetables, then add to the soup egg gruel with the help of a whisk.
Sprinkle milk soup with fried before serving with chopped green onions.
