Soup with spinach
Soup with spinach - will be an excellent dining options for both baby and adult. The usefulness of spinach, I think everyone knows, I recall only that such a rich combination of vitamins and minerals not found in any plant! And now the main question: how to feed a family lots of spinach, so much so that they then have to thank? The answer is obvious and banal soup with spinach!
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh or frozen spinach
- 2 l any meat or vegetable broth
- 1 Pieces onion
- 1 Pieces carrot
- 3 Pieces Potato
- 2 Pieces cloves garlic
- 250 ml cream or fat sour cream
- 1/2 tspnutmeg
- 1/2 tspground white pepper
Approximate preparation time: 30 minutes.
Method of preparation:
Clear the onion, cut it into cubes.
Spinach thoroughly washed with a little dry.
Broth bring to a boil, lay there peeled, diced vegetables: potatoes, carrots.
Once the vegetables are soft, spread in a pan the onion, garlic and spinach.
Boil for 6-8 minutes all together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blenders pyuriruem contents of the pan.
Send pan back on the stove, do the minimum intensity of gas, introduce cream. Thoroughly mix all, bring to a boil, turn off, give it brew for 5 minutes.
