Pie "Onion" with meat
400 g flour (coarse)

250 g ground meat
250 g warm milk
100 g sour cream
50 g butter
4 eggs
2 onions
2 leeks
? packs of fresh yeast
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon zest
? tsp. cumin
black pepper
salt
In a bowl of warm milk, add sugar and powdered yeast, leave for 10 minutes, add salt, add 2 eggs and the butter, lemon zest and flour. The dough should be mixed until you see bubbles, then cover, and let stand (it should be increased in 2 times).
Sprinkle work surface with flour and knead the dough, roll it, put on a baking sheet, greased.
Olive oil is heated, fry the meat, add both kinds of onions (finely chopped), fry.
Beat eggs with sour cream, add the cumin, pepper and salt.
Pie is baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Before serving, put the pie "Onion" with meat on a dish, cut into serving pieces.
