Cooking time: 40 min
Chilled beef, herring fillets without skin and bones, onions and potatoes 3-4 times mince with a fine grid.
In the resulting mince, add sour cream, raw egg yolk, salt and pepper. Whisk in the lush mass. Gently mix with beaten egg white.
With Kalach cut the top crust. From the bottom of the pull out crumb, moisten it with milk and fill with whipped weight, giving the form a roll. Sprinkle forshmak grated cheese, put in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs shape and bake.
