Shortbread cookies with curds
250 g flour
130 g butter / margarine
1 tsp butter to form
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
250 g cottage cheese
200 g sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
As should be cooled oil Sift flour and mix it with salt, and baking powder.
Chop the butter knife, mix with flour and rub hands into crumbs.
To clean the filling curd through a sieve, mixed with conventional vanilla sugar, egg until uniform.
Shots shape parchment, oiled.
Lay out two-thirds of the dough, top with a layer of stuffing, sprinkle with cinnamon, put the remaining crumbs, bake shortbread cookies with curds in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
