Sweet sandwiches with jam

2 Bread - slice

2 Art. l. Jem any;

2 Art. l. Thick cream;

1 h. l. Powdered sugar;

4 Mint - leaf

Each slice of bread spread with jam. Whip cream with powdered sugar and put them on top of the jam. Garnish with mint leaves.
