Syrup "Fairy Tale" from the flowers of dandelion
200 dandelion flowers:
1 lemon
800 g sugar
1 l water
Open flowers of dandelion, collected in the morning on a sunny day, and shredded lemon peel without boiled in water for 10 minutes. Then insist 10-12 hours, strain through a sieve or cheesecloth, add sugar and cook until tender. Bottled for storage. Used to flavor tea, water and soft drinks.
