5 potatoes

5 pickles

1 carrot

1 celery root

1 parsley root

1 small onion

salt, pepper, vegetable oil, dill

Boil 2 liters of water. Clean vegetables, potatoes cut into cubes, carrots - slices, celery and parsley roots must grate, cucumbers cut into strips, onion - small cubes. Onions and grated root fry in vegetable oil until soft. In boiling water omit the potatoes and carrots and cook until half cooked, add the roasted vegetables, salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add cucumber and cook until tender. If necessary, add 1 tsp sugar. Serve with chopped dill.
