750 g Potato

2 onions

2 pcs. carrots

2 Art. l. on the tomato puree and oil

Boil the broth. Onion cut in the form of straw and fry in hot fat.

Meat cut into pieces weighing 25-30 g, fry, mix with roasted onions, add the carrots, cut into cubes, tomato paste and continue frying for 5-6 minutes. Thus prepared meat with vegetables to shift into a saucepan, pour the broth and bring to a boil. Then, put the potatoes, sliced, salt, pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes.
