Soup with salt pork
60 g split peas
150 g salted pork fat
onion
2 cloves (the spice)
1 nutmeg (spice)
Shelled peas to soak for a day in cold water. Then cook it with salt pork, bacon and onions, which stick one clove, chopped grated nutmeg. Cook for about 3 hours on low heat. The bow is removed. When the meat and bacon are ready, take them out, cut into pieces and feed to put in the soup. Separately apply mustard.
