500 g onions

30 g oil

100 g solid grated cheese , black pepper, salt

Clean onion cut into thin rings And together with flour and fry in vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper, broth and cook on high heat. Serve soup in bouillon cups, sprinkle with grated cheese.
