5 kg tomatoes
0,5 l vegetable oil
500 g apples
500 g onions
500 g carrots
500 g garlic
10 sweet peppers
5-6 pods bitter pepper
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
All the ingredients and grind in a meat grinder, combine, add all the spices, put on fire and boil for 5 hours, then it is canning: ajika with apples stacks sterile banks, rolled.
