Vitamin soup
10 tomatoes
2 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Peel onions and garlic, grate the onion on a grater, garlic and rub with salt.
Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater, warm up for 10 minutes on low heat, add the butter, onion, pepper and warm up for 5 minutes. Cover and lid soup for several hours in the refrigerator clean.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
