Sun-dried tomatoes salt
2 kg tomatoes
salt (to taste)
Heat oven to 100 degrees.
Tomatoes washed, cut each tomato in half and gently squeeze out the seeds.
Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet with non-stick coating, add salt to taste.
Bake the tomatoes until then, until they acquire a "leathery" appearance and will not shrink.
To prepare dried salted tomatoes thus, it may take several hours - the smaller pieces of tomatoes, the sooner they are baked in the oven.
