Onions in Greek
500 g green onions
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
lemon juice
1/2 celery root
thyme
coriander
salt
3 pea black pepper
1/4 bay leaf
Onions cut into pieces 1 cm long, celery rubbed on a coarse grater. Add vegetable oil, lemon juice and spices, pour a small amount of boiling water and stew. Then cooled and served cold with white bread.
