Classic salad
1 glass � cleaned peeled almonds
2 � tablespoons sesame seeds
1 � head lettuce
1 � head of red lettuce
1 � package with feta cheese
1 � package of sliced olives
1 glass � tomatoes
� red onion, thinly sliced
6 � fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 � / 4 Cup grated Romano cheese
� bottle of Italian wine
1. Fry in a large frying pan over medium heat. Put the almonds in a pan and cook it, stirring, until browned. When almond is ready, add the sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute.
2. In a large salad bowl, mix with feta cheese, black olives, green olives, almonds, sesame seeds, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms and Romano cheese. When ready to serve in a dish and pour wine.
