Chanterelle salad with crackers
For the preparation you will need:
200 g chanterelle
50 g vegetable oil
30 g crackers
lemon
salt
Take chanterelles sort, clean and wash. Then they need to boil in salted water with spices and cut into small pieces. Mushrooms sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill with vegetable oil. Ready to decorate salad with sliced lemon.
