200 g ham
2 lettuce "Iceberg"
2 medium onions
100 g rice
4-5 eggs
1 lemon
9 olives
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Ham cut into small cubes. Salad wash, dry, cut into strips. Onions clean, chop. Boil rice, fold in a colander, cool. Boil the eggs, peel, chop. Products mix, salt, pepper, add the oil.
Ready salad garnish with olives and lemon wedges.
