Vegetable salad "10 little Indians"
2 kg zucchini
10 tomatoes
10 sweet peppers
10 heads of onions
1 hot pepper
1 glass sugar
1 glass water
1 glass tomato puree
2/3 glass vegetable oil
2 tbsp. salt
To prepare the peppers, cut it into thin strips, semirings chop onions, tomatoes cut into wedges, zucchini - cubes.
Combine the tomato puree and water, pour oil, add salt and sugar, mix well and bring to boil.
To lay in the prepared sauce to the vegetables, after laying each kind of vegetable stew salad for 10 min: first, zucchini, second - peppers, third - bow, the fourth - hot pepper (rinsed and chopped), the last of the tomatoes.
