1 kg cucumbers
3-4 garlic cloves
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Cucumbers cut into large slices, carrot sticks, join, add 1 tsp. salt, stir.
Chop onions, fry in vegetable oil.
Drain the juice with salted carrots and cucumbers, add the garlic, sugar, onion, pepper, vinegar, cilantro, stir.
Salt the cucumber salad to taste.
