Pink appetizer salad

250 g cottage cheese

200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 glass chopped parsley or cilantro

5-6 walnuts

3 boiled eggs

2 boiled beets

1 apple

Beets clean and grate, cottage cheese through a sieve, combine all the greens.

Finely chopped eggs, apple grate, chop the nuts, combine all remaining ingredients to add mayonnaise, mix, arrange greens.
