Salad "Venice"
Products:
1 Canned tuna - Bank
250 g potatoes otvranoy
2 pcs. boiled egg
4 vegetable oil - Thurs. spoons
1/2 Art. l. lemon juice
4 pcs. tomatoes
8 pcs. black olives
1 Art. l. green onions, parsley, mint (chopped)
Slice the potatoes thin lomtikami.Izmelchite tuna and eggs.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the liquid from tuna with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Put on the bottom of the salad bowl layer of potatoes, pour half of it seasonings, polozhitesloy tuna, then a layer of tomatoes. Next, repeat the same procedure to the top proved to be a layer of tomatoes.
