Salad with eel and crayfish

For this recipe you will need:

300 g eel

7-8 pcs. crayfish

4 pcs. egg

2 pcs. cucumber

100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 Art. l. sugar

Separately boil eel fillets, hard-boiled eggs and crayfish. Fish and eggs coarsely chopped. Crayfish meat cut is not necessary. Cucumbers cut "straws". All mix, pour mayonnaise, mixed with sugar.
