Chicken with crayfish and cauliflower
1 pcs. chicken
4 pcs. boiled crayfish
100 g boiled shrimp
500 g cauliflower
1 Art. l. butter
4 pcs. lemon
2 Art. l. wheat flour

2 Art. l. melted butter
6-12 pcs. canned asparagus
10 g parsley
Salt to taste
Chicken cut into portions, cover with water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam, salt, put a spoonful of melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley. Cook until done.
3-4 cups of broth, add the flour, preliminary pounded with butter, boil, strain. Put it in the shrimp, cauliflower (previously boiled in broth), asparagus, boil and pour this mixture of meat.
