"Light" salad with cheese

250 g cheese

18-20 leaves of green salad

4 boiled eggs

0,5 glass sour cream

? tsp. freshly ground black pepper

? tsp. dry mustard

? tsp. salt

Eggs finely chopped, cheese to grate. RUB the eggs, mustard, sour cream, salt and pepper, then add the grated cheese, mix well.

Lettuce, rinse and Pat dry, molded of them "made", fill the prepared filling.
