Fried in breadcrumbs pig ears
100 g vegetable oil
6 pig's ears
1 glass crackers
This is a hot snack on an old Russian recipe.
Ears cleaned, scalded with boiling water, put in water until soft boil.
Put obsushenny and cut the ears in a pan with oil, fry until Browning.
Before serving, sprinkle the ears with breadcrumbs, served fried in breadcrumbs pig ears with fresh salads.
