Jellied "windings" in Russian
300 g ham
100 g fungi
50 g mayonnaise

2-3 cloves of garlic

To prepare the jelly:
600 g broth
24 g gelatin
This elegant and very tasty snack decorate the Christmas table and enjoy all the guests and home.
Soak the gelatine in cold water, fold in a sieve and let drain. Connect with swollen gelatin warm broth and bring to a boil, then let cool.
Fry the mushrooms, finely chop them together with garlic and boiled eggs, mix, season with mayonnaise, spread the resulting mass on slices of ham and roll each tube, put the tube in the form and fill jelly.
Refrigerate until gelling, when applying flood "windings" in Russian need out onto a plate and decorate with greens and mayonnaise.
Additionally, you can file a horseradish sauce and vinegar.
