400 g hard cheese

2 Art. l. breadcrumbs

1 egg

3 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

3 Art. l. acute ketchup

4 Art. l. vegetable oil

Cut the cheese thick plastic.

Mix the flour, egg and ketchup.

Dip slices of cheese mixture, breaded in bread crumbs and fry in butter.

Can be served with vegetables.
