1 pcs. turkey

1.5 glass rice

2 pcs. onion

2-3 Art. l. greens (dry)

0.75 glass Dried Fruit

2 Art. l. sour cream

salt, pepper - to taste

Turkey singe, thoroughly clean, wash and boil in water until almost cooked. Remove from the broth, salt and pepper hot outside and the inside.
