800 g mackerel fillets

1 onions

3 boiled eggs

2 tbsp. chopped dill

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

salt (to taste)

Put the mackerel fillets skin side down on the foil, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped dill, chopped eggs and onions, add salt, pour over melted butter. Cover the top with another fillet.

Tightly wrap in foil prepared fillet (with kojirou).

Lay on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

To serve, garnero boiled potatoes, with sour cream.
