Cake "Nochka"
Ingredients:
3 pcs. egg
200 g sugar dough and cream - by and for glaze - 50 g
250 g kefir
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
270 g blackcurrant jam
1 h. l. soda
260 g wheat flour
200 g sour cream
50 g butter
3 Art. l. milk
3 Art. l. Cocoa powder
Eggs pound of sugar. Pour yogurt and jam, mixed with soda, add the sifted flour. Knead the dough.
Bake two cakes, cool, lubricate the sour cream and place one on the other. Cover the top with chocolate glaze.
Cream sugar, whisk sour cream.
For the glaze in the boiling milk Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, stir, boil until slightly thickened.
