80 g cabbage

4 glass broth

2 potato tuber

1 pickles

? carrots

? onions

4 Art. l. sour cream

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

salt

Cut into julienne onions, carrots and cabbage, spassirovat onions in butter with carrots.

Cucumber peel and seeds, simmered in broth.

Diced potatoes.

Broth bring to a boil, add the potatoes and cabbage, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes over low heat, add the roasted vegetables, cucumber, cook soup until cooked, add salt for 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Sour cream to boil, add pickle before serving.
