Vegetable skewer "Picnic"
200 g cauliflower
12 small mushrooms
12 small tomatoes
4 lettuce
2 sweet peppers of different colors
2 potato tuber
1 zucchini
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
To prepare the sauce:
150 g sour cream
1 cucumber
1 clove of garlic
2 Art. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper
salt
Separately, boil in salted water cabbage, mushrooms and potatoes.
Disassemble the cabbage into florets, diced potatoes, zucchini - circles thickness of 1 cm, and sweet pepper - slices.
Strung on skewers prepared ingredients, alternating, pepper and salt.
Saute skewer on the grill or in the oil.
Preparation of sauce: garlic, finely chopped greens, cucumber grate, all combine, add sour cream, pepper and salt and mix well.
Serve vegetable skewer "Picnic" on lettuce leaves, served separately prepared sauce.
