"Transparent" cake
320 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g milk
100 g sugar
100 g butter
8 egg yolks
50 g compressed yeast
Egg yolks with sugar.
Dissolve yeast in milk.
Combine milk and egg yolks, add flour, knead the dough and put it to ferment in a warm place.
Enter the melted butter into the dough when it rises.
Lay out the dough into the mold 1/3 height, give up.
Bake in the oven until cooked.
