250 g boiled potatoes

1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

60 g fatty bacon

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

green onions

Boil potatoes, mash or mince, add the flour, 1 cup water and coarsely chopped green onions. All mixed. Diced bacon. Of mashed cooked tortillas, each put a few diced bacon.

Tortillas fried in very hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
