Sticks with red currant
1 layer of puff dough
200 g red currant (ice cream can be used)
4-5 Art. l. granulated sugar
1 h. l. honey
1 pcs. egg
powdered sugar
The sheet of dough roll it out on the table and cut into rectangles.
For the filling mix red currants with sugar and honey. Put the filling in the middle of rectangles.
One edge of the rectangle to grease with beaten egg, to bridge the edges and give the baking mold sticks. Make several cuts on top.
Stick shift on a greased baking sheet, top with egg and lubricate put bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
Ready to shift sticks on a plate and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle the pastry with powdered sugar. If desired, sprinkle with grated walnuts.
