150 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

130 g butter

110 g sugar

3 eggs

1 bag vanilla sugar

1 lemon (zest)

1/2 bag baking powder to the test

This is a very delicate French pastry with lemon flavor, melting in the mouth.

Melt butter need, then let it cool.

Beat eggs and mix with the usual and vanilla sugar, then add pre-sifted flour (also advance should be mixed with baking powder), lemon zest.

Thoroughly mix things up, gradually pouring the melted and cooled down butter.

Cooked dough put into the refrigerator at least 2 hours, or leave it there for the night.

Bake cookies "Madeleine" in French for 10 minutes in the preheated oven to medium temperature, then immediately pulled out of the molds.
