Chicken breast stuffed with
4 chicken - fillet
2 pcs. parsley root
1 pcs. celery root
2 Art. l. chopped celery greens
1 Art. l. marjoram - chopped herbs
2 pcs. tomatoes
1 onions - head
ground black pepper
salt
250 ml bouillon cubes (vegetable broth)
Fillet rinse, dry, do they side slits.
Roots and onions clean, finely chop. Scald tomatoes, remove the peel, remove seeds and finely chop the flesh. Connect vegetables, add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and stir.
