Salted cucumbers with turmeric
1 kg cucumbers
200 ml vinegar
200 g sugar
2 head onion (large)
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoons salt
Onions cleaned, cut, wash the cucumber, cut off the ends, cut into large pieces, mix with onions, add salt, put in a dark place and leave for 2-4 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients without heating, stir them until the sugar is completely dissolved.

You can store these cucumbers in a cool place up to a year.
