Required Products:

800 g pork (loin)

5 potato - tubers

1 onions - head

1 pcs. egg

1 Art. l. chopped fresh herbs

100 g vegetable fat

1 pcs. bouillon cube with bacon

Peeled potatoes grate, squeeze the juice from, add the crumbled stock cube, egg, chopped onion and parsley. Peremeshat.Myaso cut into slices (2 slices per serving), well to repel.

Half of the potato mass spread evenly on the chops and put them on a heated frying pan greased with butter side down. Top with remaining potato mixture.

Push the plug chops to the bottom of the pan and fry until golden brown, then flip the chops and fry the other side.

Serve with fresh tomatoes, garnished with herbs.
