15 allspice - peas

Pork grease, pierce with a fork in several places, salt, sprinkle with pepper, lard allspice and garlic.
Pour water in the pan, put the meat and bake it in a hot oven for 1.5-2 hours, basting occasionally precipitated Socko. When the pork is browned, reduce heat.
Post hot boiled pork with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, watering obtained by roasting Socko. Additionally, you can file a fresh or pickled cucumber, pickled cabbage.
