Pork grease, pierce with a fork in several places, salt, sprinkle with pepper, lard allspice and garlic.

Pour water in the pan, put the meat and bake it in a hot oven for 1.5-2 hours, basting occasionally precipitated Socko. When the pork is browned, reduce heat.
