Recipe omelet with vegetables
Ingredients:
4 pcs. egg
3 Art. l. milk

3 pcs. tomatoes strong
275 g fresh spinach
100 g boiled potatoes
25 g butter
1 h. l. chopped sage
Tabasco sauce - a few drops
salt
pepper
Half norms oil fry cooked and chopped spinach, peeled and coarsely chopped tomatoes, diced potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, sage and pour the sauce Tabasco.
Pour the beaten eggs with milk, stir and cook for 4 minutes until thick mass. Gently lift the edge and check availability.
Put the omelet on a large plate and pour the remaining melted butter.
