Fish pie
Ingredients:
500 g fish fillets
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. wheat flour

30 g butter softened
300 g sour cream
1 PCs egg
ground black pepper, salt
Fillet mince, salt and pepper, add the butter, flour and egg, mix well. Gradually add the cream, whisk the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
Put the paste into the form, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, filling it 2/3 volume. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 200 �C.
When submitting the finished pudding out onto a plate, arrange the peeled shrimp, hareruya boiled potatoes or rice.
