Sweet cakes with strawberries

500 ml kefir

100 g vegetable oil

3-4 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. sugar

? tsp. salt

? tsp. soda

vanilla

strawberries fresh

Mix all ingredients except oil, strawberries and flour, then gradually add flour.

The consistency of the dough should be soft and slightly sticky in hand (with vegetable oil), to separate small pieces, roll balls, just to make cakes and add strawberries: pour sugar on the cake, put the berries, to mould cakes.

To cook sweet cakes with strawberries, frying them in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
