Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. For the dough, mix the flour with soda. Beat eggs with a mixer. Add sugar, salt, sour cream, melted butter. Add the flour to the sour cream mixture. The dough should not be liquid and sticky, but it should not be steep.
If the dough is very liquid, add flour. Put dough in freezer for about 20 minutes.
For the filling, mash cheese, add sugar, whipped in cool white foam, flour. Mix everything carefully.
Roll out the dough in a layer, cut them in circles (for example, using circles), one half of the circle, place small amount of filling, cover with the second half. To put future liczniki on with parchment baking sheet. Lubricate them beaten with a little water egg yolk.
Bake liczniki at 200C for about 20 minutes (until they become a Golden color). Allow to cool 10 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
