100 g semolina

25 g butter

50 g sugar

25 g raisins

walnuts (or hazelnuts or peanuts or almonds)

vanillin

In a loose butter pour a thin stream of semolina and, stirring all the time, Passer until golden brown. Enumerated and washed raisins soaked in cold water for 30-40 minutes.

Nuts are cleaned, roasted, crushed and together with raisins, sugar and vanilla added to the semolina, stirring. The whole mass is heated over a low heat for 30 minutes. Serve cold as a dessert. Hal can be served on the cake pudi.
