Shahlet (stuffed cabbage)
Ingredients:
100 g meat
5 g beef fat (for stuffing)
10 g onion
20 g rice
100 g mutton fat
50 g sour cream sauce
salt
Beef, minced in a meat grinder, fried with onions and mixed with boiled rice, stuffing wrapped in suet; Product knotted thread and boiled in broth. Serve with sour cream sauce.
