Apricot nearly pie

2 tbsp. butter for greasing form

90 g butter melted and cooled
powdered sugar for sprinkling form
3 glass tablespoons powdered sugar*
220 g ground almonds
3 eggs
pinch of salt
90 g honey from the flowers of lavender
2 tsp. lavender flowers, culinary (free of pesticides)
10-12 apricots, cut into quarters
Preheat previously the oven to 350�F (180�C). Grease a baking dish with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Shake off the excess.
In bowl, combine ground almonds, eggs, melted butter, sugar*, honey, salt and lavender flowers. Mix well and place in ovenproof form.
On top of the dough put the slices of apricots, slightly umina them in the dough, but so that they stuck out. Vipaka about 45 minutes or until the edges apricots will not brown. In the middle of baking, rotate the shape 180 degrees for even baking.
Perenesite form on the grill. If the top of the cake is moist, blot it gently with a paper towel.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
